Story:
A genetic experiment built for pure destruction crash lands on a quiet Hawaiian island after escaping exile in deep space and is immediately mistaken for an ordinary stray dog by an animal shelter that has no idea what it just adopted out. Lilo, a lonely young girl struggling under her older sister’s exhausted attempts to keep their small family together, takes the strange blue creature home without a clue that he was engineered to wreak havoc on everything around him. As his alien creator and a federation enforcer track him down to bring him back, the destructive little experiment slowly starts to absorb something he was never designed to understand the meaning of belonging to a family that chooses to stay broken and whole at the same time.
